Quality & Claims Policy
Last updated: January 2026
B2B Standards for Vehicle Condition.
1. Quality Standards
At PSmotors, we act as a professional B2B intermediary. All vehicles listed on our platform undergo a visual assessment. As these are used vehicles, buyers should expect wear and tear consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle.
2. Inspection and CMR
Critical Action:
Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the vehicle immediately. Any visible damage (not mentioned in the car's description) must be noted on the CMR before the driver departs.
If the CMR is signed without remarks, PSmotors cannot accept claims regarding visible external damage (scratches, dents, or missing accessories).
3. Claim Eligibility
A claim is eligible for review only if it meets the following B2B criteria:
- Major Defects: Only hidden mechanical defects (engine, transmission) exceeding a repair cost of €500.
- Mileage: The vehicle has not been driven more than 100km since delivery.
- Timeframe: The claim is submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
4. How to File a Claim
To ensure a fast resolution, please send a complete file to info@psmotors.be including:
- Evidence: Clear photos of the defect and the current odometer.
- Expertise: A formal diagnostic report from an authorized workshop for mechanical issues.
- CMR: A copy of the signed consignment note with remarks.
5. Resolution Process
Our technical team will review the evidence within 5 business days. Possible outcomes include:
- Partial Refund: Compensation based on professional repair estimates.
- Repair Authorization: Consent to proceed with repairs at a specified net cost.
- Rejection: If the defect is deemed normal wear and tear for the vehicle's age.
6. Exclusions
Claims will not be accepted for:
- Wear and tear items (tires, brakes, batteries, filters).
- Cosmetic issues mentioned in the original listing photos.
- Repairs started without prior written approval from PSmotors.
Professional Compliance Excellence.
